Account reactivation

HI there,
I played Ryzom some 4 years ago, using a retail CD/serial key to create account.

I caught in the news recently that you were 'back', I have no idea what's happened in the intervening time but I'm interested in returning.
Oddly I can't find any login details, I've searched my mail accounts and nothing.

Is there anyway to retrieve my account and character? Or is it lost forever?
It's no biggy I can start again, but would be nice to have it back.

Thanks, and good to see Ryzom lives on.

heh outstanding timing, I could post yesterday by virtue of the free trial (I'm guessing here), as this morning I couldn't add a reply to say I've found my account info.
Logged into account page to find out the free period ended the very same day I decide to give Ryzom another go! Oops.

Re-subbed and logging in no probs.
