Just to make sure, you did type the password in capital letters, yes? It's case-sensitive. If that's not the problem, then it's definitely a CSR issue. They've been very helpful to me so far. Hopefully they'll get you fixed up.

If you are unable to play because your password doesn't work, and you are seeing an Error #56...

Please contact billing support asap, so they can get this resolved for you.

i saw a thread about some isp mark these mails as junk and/or filter them out, so do check your junk mail folder and such...
