Just to make sure, you did type the password in capital letters, yes? It's case-sensitive. If that's not the problem, then it's definitely a CSR issue. They've been very helpful to me so far. i saw a thread about some isp mark these mails as junk and/or filter them out, so do check your junk mail folder and such...
