Cant install......

Here is the deal... I installed the game and it was fun but after i followed a members link on mmorpg.com (becase i trusted IE host >_<) i got a bunch of trojans after i used search and destroy and ad-aware there were still some problems so i reformated. Now when i try to install it a box pops up and says "setup please wait" then is goes for a second and shows up as not responding... i dont get why it wont work can anyone help me?
