Problem loading game

I downloaded the game Tuesday night and played and also played Wendsday but now when i try and play the game it locks up half way thru the loading bar any sugestions?

Had this on my alts, the issues was my interface config file, i copied one from my main and it worked fine after. Could be same problem.

This is your most likely cause. Find the Ryzom folder on your harddrive and delete the files keys_charname.xml and interface_charname.icfg where charname is your character's name.

If you have more that one character, you can copy the files from a working character and rename them for a nonworking one, or just make backups occasionally.
