"Official" Ryzom Faceook Group?
I did a search on Facebook looking for an "official" group. There appear to be three groups. It doesn't appear that there is an official group. Is the one called "The Saga of Ryzom" with 102 members probably the next best thing?

Indeed. Those groups were started by players, not the game owners, actually. Those are basically fanclubs.
