Oh dear, where did Aris go?

Yes, I'm not in the support forum...but when Aris poofs and I can't connect and get no message like normal...well, I guess I worry a bit. Is this it?

Something like this happened the other day. I didn't get a disconnect message though just FS lost. I'm hoping they wouldn't let it go "poof" without telling us something either way. I keep trying every 15 minutes but my efforts seem futile to say the least. Just keep hoping that it is another reboot and that's it.
