Feedback - Better [Any] Communication

For some reason I simply cannot post in the Feedback area, so I'll try here.

A better experience would be had by all if there was more communication to the membership. We're paying your salaries so, please, tell us what the heck is going on. If you're tired of "paranoid" folks spreading their FUD, counter it with the truth.

Any other game I've played would've posted an explanation of subscription problems right away, not an announcement of an announcement at some point in the future.

Silence breeds FUD, and FUD breeds all kinds of nasty things. To include quicker FUD the next time anything odd occurs.

Say something substantial, please.

The feedback forum only allows game officials to make threads - its normal.

As for the current situation, if we were able to tell you (ie had the information to give you) more than you've already been told - we would be telling you.

I'm afraid right now all I can say is the following:

1) We expect Marjo to make an official announcement tomorrow (That's not a "promise" - just an intention). You won't get anything "official" before then and rumour-milling doesn't help anyone.
2) We don't know what's wrong with the servers that is making them "lag".
3) If Aniro or any of the other servers are "closed" then its because they crashed or because a CSR on that server closed it due to the lag. We currently have no intention of doing the same to Arispotle.

I'm really sorry I can't give you better news but unfortunately that's the way it is.

Thanks for the prompt response. I appreciate it and I'm sure you'd like more information as much as we do. Hopefully we'll all just remain in a holding pattern and hopefully Ryzom will get better at all of this. Thanks again, and let's keep all the hope alive.
