Some help for a newbie

Hey. i just downloaded Ryzom using the unofficial downloader. So I came on for the first time and... I keep losing my connection and I don't what is the problem. I meet all requirements. It has been happening every 15 min or so. If you can think of anything to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I am pretty computer ignorant so step by step instructions would be nice. I am using Vista.

Check to make sure you have your Vista permissions set correctly. Then check your router to make sure that the proper ports are open. then if you have a linksys router and continue to have periodic issues look here for help.
