[FAQ] Login problems with CeB

If you are having problems logging into CeB (bad username or only registered users error messages) they can usually be fixed by doing this:

• Open CeB
• Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Connection configuration..."
• Verify that your settings are correct
  • Address = chat.ryzom.com
  • Port = 6001
  • And your username and password are correct
• Click "OK" and reconnect if necessary

Your login and password are the same as the ones you use to log into game. If you wish, you can tick the "Autoconnect" option in the "Connection configuration..." dialogue to connect automatically for your following sessions.
