Ryzom

Hi guys, not in a good mood, my pc can no longer handle ryzom anymore ever since i moved to fairhaven, it was running fine on tryker island but now just has stopped working i have multiple errors every 5 mins and i just can seem to fix them. Have you got any help for me cos im in need of some. My system spec is Pentium 4 2.6ghz Radeon 9600 512mb RAM.

Have you defragged your harddrive lately?
Sometimes after installing brand new games on messy harddrives it causes all sorts of problems. I know I had to myself.

Bull u r not the only one, it worked perfectly fine for me as well on a newbie island, its not problem with ur system, its a problem with a code, i tried everything, defragmentation, different video drivers, different graphical options including disabling agp for vertexes, disabling anti virus, it doesn't work... I hope they address this issue very soon i really love this game Ppl who run the game on ATI video card crash all the time with 'access violation' error, it is so bad that i stoped playing Ryzom until the next patch. I hope they fix it really soon.

i mite follow u on that issue, i hope a GM is reading this so they know how bad we are all suffereing from this and how they might get it sorted although defraging most of my red files are ryzom ones

Bull ask for support in-game, using 'support' in the menu, they will respond very quickly, although it would be a good idea to try it tomorrow, now its time for little monsters to go to bed

You sed in another post that you had got some feedback on access violation issue can u post me the response on here plz? want to try and get this sorted before i go to bed

right Bull what you can do is:
1. Defragment ur hard drive
2. Get the latest drivers for ur graphic card
3. Reinstall the game
4. Disable page file
5. Run the game on lower resolution with lower settings
6. Disable your anti virus software
7. Use a recommended firewall (zone alarm)
8. In Ryzom configuration disable option 'AGP for vertixes'
9. Hope that developers aware that we are suffering and are trying their best to fix the problem (the most viable solution)

To try these options out try to find a spot where u crash, it tends to be the same spots which are located randomly in the area. When u change options, log in into Ryzom and run around that spot in circles, 4-5 circles and u get your 'access violation' If anything helps please post it here, good night little monster
