Old member wanting to play but eror 1 problems.

Hey been reading through here. and i came across a post about downloading the trial to fix the error 1 issue. so im downloading that right now.

Does the trial have access to the full game to ? cause im a new subscriber. paid a month

So ill be able to play the full game from this download ? hopefully this will sort my error 1 problems.

Error 1 I believe is an account issue. Be sure the username you used when you signed up was the one you use in the game. If you having problems logging in, your best best is to check out Klients and talk with a CSR.

If your trying to login to an old account using your new subscriber info it will not work.

Ok download doesnt work so im reinstalling it from the cd again -.-.
Ill let you know whats happening when i try to log in.

Ok i try logging into my account and it says error1 whats next then oO ?

Installing from the CD will not necessarily help you, the servers your game will look for do not exist. The login/patch/game servers have different URL's etc...

Try to start clean. Forget your old cds. Use the latest download installer from Ryzom.com, install to a fresh folder, only the trial version at first, because it's small, go into that folder and manually launch client_ryzom_rd.exe. If you still get error 1 when you enter your account name and password, look to Klients. If you get to the character selection screen then I suggest that you first try to create a new character, since you will only have textures for Silan, not the mainland.
