Help with credits!!

Post by ikkoku »

I'm having a hard time figuring out when and how I get certain credits needed for combining skills. How do I get stamina credits for melee fighting(I have HP credits but not stamina)? and how do I get longer cast time credits for magic, and power credits and so on? Do I need to train certain skills to get these or what else? Any help would be appreciated!

First off the higher lvl skills have bigger credits. The first lvl acid damage spell only needs like six credits but at the higher lvl this can get over a hundred. If you want to see want the different credits each skill comes with just right click on the skill in the skills page and it will show you exactly what you will be getting. I have bought skills before just for the credits with no plan on using the new stanza.

There are normally two ways to buy skills, Package skills and upgrades. Not all skill lines offer both. With spells many times you have the option to purchase either an upgrade or a pack. The pack will include various stanza as well as the upgrade itself but they cost more skill points. From what I have seen, the pt cost for a pack varies depending on if you already have some of the stanza it includes.

Also if you click on the 2nd tab in your progression menu on the specific profession line, it will show you what upgrades are available and when. This will help you plan out your skills.
