...it's here Atys! This week we address PvP: you either love it, hate it, or are bad at it. BE WARNED: There are a few curse-words in this one, because when me and Sam get all hyped up about PvP we just can't help ourselves!
I am still not able to put in some of the other segments that I would love to, like the "New Player of The Week" or the next "Mob of the Week", because of time constraints. Oh well, soon, very very soon.
And I have changed the release day on the 'cast: it's now Monday. Thanks to my new job kicking my rear and with Sam being alllll the way in Germany, I am going to have to move recording day to Saturday or Sunday, and have it edited for Monday.
Here's to all the PvP'ers out there: see you in game, I'll be the one doing about 20 damage to you.

Yeh I heard that part and kept thinking bout editing it, but I thought it wasreally funny too!
I've played along side Keiko many times, and she was always really funny, but kids let this be a warning to you: never take anti-allergy meds and do a podcast!

Good show! PvP is not really my bag but I agree with a lot of the opinions expressed on the show. Once something is no longer fun, becomes stressful and an annoyance it isn't worth your time anymore imo. Though I wouldn't mind taking part in an OP battle once in a while just for the fun of it, or to defend my guild's or friend's OPs...

But still it shouldn't get to a point we've seen posted about here. But anyway, about the catalyzers, I never played with the intention of ever having cats and was prepared to level the old fashioned way. But lucky for me I do have the oportunity to have them available and I've been encouraged to use them. So I do, and the rate I'm leveling is very addicting but it also makes me hope that once I'm done leveling or at least get to 150ish I'll have something cool to do. Well I'm sure I'll find something
And looking forwards to those events starting again, well for the first time for me. ^.^

Leveling should never the be all and end all of any mmo, but it's the case in most of them sadly. This is actually one of the main reasons I came back to try Ryzom was because I didn't want the pressure of having to level in order to participate in the cool events, quests, battles whatever.. And I hope it doesn't become the case or I'll get bored guaranteed.
