screen resolution?

Hello all!
I just download Ryzom and when I start the game I get the message:
Can't start game in 1024 by 768 and the game closes down.
I adjust my screen resolution on my computer, thin king that might help and restarted comp.
However upon starting the game I get the same error.
Could someone give me some advice?

if you have intel graphics, you most likely cant run Ryzom.
and no, it does not matter that other games run.
