Servers down, but not according to the site?

I can't connect to the server from the login screen, but the servers seem to be up according to the listing at the top right of the main site. Anyone else who cannot connect than me?

Edit: hm... I was able to connect on the fifth or something re-try. Strange. Is it possibly something with the new servers in Germany?
