While you are restoring guildhall inventories ...

could you return the contents of Aeden Artisans' guildhall?
Recently, the devs returned the missing guildhall contents to a guild that suffered its loss within 24 hours. Kudos to the devs for their fast action in that incident!
In late October, on the night following the Festival of Light event that we did much to organize, the guildhall inventory of Aeden Artisans was completely eliminated. When the empty guildhall was discovered, a member of a guild in the opposite faction was seen inside our guildhall. Our guidhall went from completely full of many thousands of sup mats, many crafted items, op mats, cats etc. to completely empty. A ticket was submitted immediately. We, of course, suspected an act of partisan malice. A senior CSR asked us to keep the matter quiet while they investigated what happened. We did so. The fragile condition of the game at the time with ongoing bankruptcy liquidation negotiations was a big consideration for us. We were told that the incident was a high priority for the CSR and devs. We had fun refilling our guildhall with nice mats and crafted items. Months passed with no further information.
Upon prodding, we recently received a reply that the guildhall disappearance may have been connected to a bug in the /ah show inv_guild command. If so, that command has now been removed and we have heard of no other such guildhall destructions. It is more than three months after the incident and a final explanation of what happened would be appreciated. Was it a bug, a hack, or one of our HO's? However, what we would like most at this point is the return of our the contents of our guildhall. Whatever the cause this incident, may we please have our virtual property back? If you cannot return it, please give us an explanation of why not. Why was the Kings of Oblivion's guildhall inventory returned within 24 hours while Aeden Artisans is still waiting after 3 months?
