Hmmmm.

New buildings for OPs? Storage expansion via OP buildings?

Isn't that just more content for pro-PvP in another guise? Isn't that just another example of not giving new content to everyone?

I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting more guild storage. Why should I have to own an OP to get it?

lol - not from me, SPACE SUCKS in this game... It was bad enough before everywhere got full up with OP produce... :p
So many dappers and nothing to spend them on... If anyone who crafts at all could buy anything they wanted (after grind mats) it'd be extra storage space.

I've said for a long time now I think you should be able to have enough room to:
a) have a spare set of all clothing/equipment ready for breaks
b) a stock of exc, sup... special mats
c) room for mats for your current crafting project...
d) room for a stock of one or two previous, finished crafts...
as standard, and then be able to buy/rent even further space...

i still don't understand why storage is a problem. If you have to stock that many mats before you craft em then you should have storage issues. why can't a homin just craft when they accumulate 2-3000 mats instead of being upset they can't store more. and if you have a apt, 3packers, and a gh full of supreme mats and gear then you are hoarding anyhow and space should be limited to you.

can someone please enlighten me to why this is such a big problem? because to me it seems more like mismanagement of available space rather than a lack of adequate space. 3 packer=1500bulk apt=2000bulk and GH=10000 bulk...if you save 500 bulk for personal gear and rest of personal space for mats thats 3000 bulk which equals 6000 mats...still seems fine to me for crafting :p

Say your craft uses 4 different mats 1:1:1:1 500 each (at least) would take up two packers, 3rd one prolly full of change of armor/weapons and some tools, flowers,a few cats & gizmos...
Apt, maybe half full of exc/sups and then some spare/replacement gear, rarely used items, any orders being built up or waiting pick-up... That'd pretty much fill you up no problem.

If you have a 2nd, 3rd or more crafts it'd be nice to have at least a small stock of mats for them... Havn't got a hope with it how it is.

Ofcourse theres the old problem of if you have more space you'll find ways of filling it, same with anything, but not really being able to craft more than one thing at a time without alotta trouble stinks...

I agree with you about if they did offer more space it would be easy to find ways to fill it up, but still seems to me that its a personal management issue. If you want to carry on 2, 3 even 4 crafts at once, thats purely your own decision, and if the current game mechanics allow for x storage, but your personal ambitions require x times2 or 3 storage then you must manage that to the games capabilities.
I personally would like to see time devoted to new maps and other things that ALL homins can enjoy, rather than increasing storage for guilds that already have advantages in holding an OP(not to bring up an old timeless arguement).

Also, I'm not posting to cause arguement or even really debate, but want at least a voice heard that if this is something in the works..please do not make it a priority over anything that can be of use to all players in general. to me atleast the game seems to be stagnating again. Mabey a nice little invasion with a 2 week build up would be nice :D

I've always thinked that there are too much space. Many space=people saves for later= no one sells nothing.

The trade needs to be reinforced, not lowered, as far as I see. So the extra space is a bad idea for me, because makes worst economy.

I gotta be honest, storage space is an issue mainly for me cos of trying to level Ranged. I need all 3 packers to manage my gear, ammo mats and ammo. My app has been stripped to make room for my other stuff (my non-ranged gear and mats). Now I'm not a hoarder in my app, I only have 17 of each type of hammer/counterweight and 8 of shaft and grip for my mace crafting experiments. Even with this limited quantity I am low on bulk. I'm lucky that as a HO I can access the GH, so its much more practical for me to dump all my spare sups/exc in there as I can always grab it when needed.

erm, sorry for the ramble, but the upshot is we need more _personal_ storage, guild storage may be an issue as well, but frankly I would rather see that connected to the size of the guild (a guild with 2 active members needing 10000 bulk is hoarding, a guild with 20 active members probably needs more...)
