Self Heal Life 2 Weirdness...

Hello. I have a character who is level 16 in Magic, has 50 Magic SP to spend and already has Self Heal Life 1. However, I cannot take Self Heal Life 2 from the Magic Trainer. The option simply doesn't display there at all!

I should be able to buy that skill from the magic trainer at Magic level 10, and I am already 16. I have all the other pre-requisites met. And on top of it, that skill appears on every other trainer, but this one. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Now, I know what you are going to say... why don't you just buy it from another trainer? Well, I could do that. And if all else fails, I will. But I have a master plan, and besides.... stay on topic! It's bout buying Self Heal Life 2 from a MAGE TRAINER, dammit! Hehe.

So, anyone else has this problem? Is my character bugged?

Hmm, it looks like it should be there. Are you still on Silan? I know random things are not available as expected at the trainers there.

Did you look at fighter trainer ?

Its maybe not logic for you, but self heal life is a fighter skill in the first place

Kryliss is right, Self Heal Life 2 ought to be available from the Magic Trainer at level 10 but it isn't. Yes, this is on Silan. Ticketed it. Apparently it is a known bug that the devs have been pestered to fix for some time now.

I'd recommend learning it from the Melee Trainer anyway, Kryliss. I can't imagine how it will damage your master plan

So, does anyone know if it's only the Ruins of Silan mage trainer that is bugged? (Yes, I am still by the Ruins, but not for long). Are the other mage trainers, the ones in the cities, offering Self Heal Life 2?

I bet that everone who went to the mainland already had this skill, so this may be hard to check. But I ask anyways

Ask a gm, if they've been aware of it for sometime then they should know if it is local or not.

As far as I know it´s only on Silan. That´s why they´ve got such a hard time figuring out what happend with this guy

Simply get it from the fighter trainer, it won´t slow down your advancement in any way. You need to let go of the concept of min/maxing and "skilling" you had in other Games, you´ll have eventualle more than enough skillpoints to get everything you need in due time
