800X600 is it possible?

hi, i'm trying to get my GF's computer running to play this game yet, it will not, for the life of me let me run it in 1024X768 on her current monitor

her TFT is at the menders and the only monitor available is a G40 IBM, that doesn't like 1024X768 mode, (its a fixed rez / refresh)

is there anyway to get the game to display in 800 x 600 ?

I've an old minitor that only does 800x600 and its a pita.

You can set a custom window size in the Ryzom config (found in the client install folder or from the startup screen) but the problem I run in to is the start up screen where you login/select char doesn't resize, only once you've passed that and the game starts loading does it go to the smaller size so I end up switching to my main monitor to log in.
