Hello All,
well as you may assertain from the topic, I live down south...Australia to be a little closer. Just wanted to say hello and wondering if there is a guild out there that has other Australians playing? Mainly so that when I log on,there would be some people from our time zome online at the same time.
Im about to start a character...thinking of heading down the magic line..
Any tips on what char to choose? where I should head? or perhaps a link to a magic 'guide'...
thanks all...hope to see you in there soon

Re: south of the hemisphere
You can develop magic skills on any of the 4 races, it won't matter. It's all in what skills you purchase and develop. Best start is the series of quests offered by the magic trainer on the starting land (Ruins of Silan.) If you need a general guide see the link in my sig.
Best thing to do if you are puzzling over starter race is to read the descriptions in the race choosing step of the character generator. Zoraï are probably the most "reverent to nature" of the racial storylines but as I said, it matters not for any but RP purposes what choice you make. Race and gender will not limit you or affect your starting stats.
As for Australia I am not a help there.

Ashah...Zoraï on Arispotle (neutral but Kami-leaning) member of Team Spirit!

Re: south of the hemisphere
There are ausies playing, there was a thread in the guild forums about a down under guild but I'm not sure how that went. Your best bet would be to search the guild forum and maybe join Klients (the on line support chat tool) and ask around a bit in there when you are on.

Oh lookie a thingy, that would go very well with this thingy I have here and the other thingy I found at the uhm thingy near uhm well, that's not important right now. This might make a excellent thingy to hit thingies with

Re: south of the hemisphere
Your choice of race gives you a starting fame profile.
This can be changed easy tho. If you want to change religion/race citizenship there is nothing that will stop you, if you have the fame for it
see Faction/race explained, Excellent writeup on it

Old threads get lost in time, but you can search for them by changing the time seek... say like two months back in time etc.geezas wrote:There are ausies playing, there was a thread in the guild forums about a down under guild but I'm not sure how that went.
