Login Problem

When ever I try to log in to the game a I get a message saying, 'Error: can't connect (error code 1)'. I have not created an account. This is the first time I'm logging in. I have restarted my computer in an attempt to fix this (obviously this hasn't worked). What do I do?

You need to either manually add the game client or the pertinent networking ports to your firewall/router as per the Network FAQ
