Login error 64

When i try to login i get the error unknown login, error 64 and i know i typed the correct game password and the corect account name.

what should i do

You login name and password are the same you use for forum and klients access. The password is not the secret password you received by email, that is to access your account data on the webpage only.

no srry im using the password i chose not the one in the e-mail
