Hi there, first off not impressed after this long the support tools are very annoying that you have.
My problem is I wanted to reactivate my account(not this one im logged in with) but my old isp is the email I had my account email listed with and I can no longer access the email and you folks have no way to update that info if you cant login into account.
So I need a CSR to please msg me via the boards or how to contact you, so that I can give you my billing info etc even cd key of my orginal account so I can change the password and reactivate account and login.

i had that problem a good while back, email support an they will get back to you, it was pretty straight forward, they just need a few details from you then your sorted

Please mail billing-ee@ryzom.com with all the details that you have like login, full name, street address, date of birth, old email and preferred new email.
