Log-in

Was playing the game this morning when the please wait icon appeared onscreen, ingame. It was there for a good minute uninterrupted, so i decided to log out.

The log out box appeared and after clicking it, the timer was not going down so I pressed ctrl alt del and quit program. Now every time I try and log in it says error 2 user allready online please relog.

I have rebooted my PC and have been trying to log in again for the past 30 minutes with the same error report, what shall I do?

It would appear that the servers are down at present. I would suggest leaving it for a while, and then try logging in again later.
If they have had to do a major re-boot then it could take up to an hour, before the shards are available.
