Runtime Error

HI!
I saw your game on a commercial window and i thought it look'd cool.
i clicked on the "download free trial"
i spended SEVEN hours downloading it and thirty minutes extracting, installing, and signing up a trial accounnt. I launched the game, downloaded the pach on 7.2 mb and should now press a butten to relaunch the game. BUT!

then i got this message:
RUNTIME ERROR!
This application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

i pressed "OK" and tried to launch the game and log in again.
it continued by the installation of the new pach and repeated with the request of a relaunch.
The same message occured.

now i have done what it told me to and i hope you can solve my problem so i can try this game.

There was an issue with the downloads which has been fixed.

Try downloading again (sorry about that.)

You may want to look into getting asomething like Azureus or Bit Torrent and try downloading that way.

I have now unistalled this free trial twice and reinstalled with the hopes I could try the game. All I can add is it was a total waste of my time. All my drivers are up to date and as of today the runtime error is still occuring even with redown loading. It seems to be having an issue with file check on 235 and 236 something to do with checksums not matching. It would make sesne if you want to attact new players to your game the trial version would work.
I attempted to use your chat support and that program itself has some serious issues. I certainly would not recommend purchasing this game even though I have yet to play it. If you can't get your trial software right I shudder at the thought of the game content.

Constantly having checksum errors usually comes down to something on your system blocking the files being written to disk properly.
Could be a virus, bad RAM, overheating CPU, bad network, conflicting resources, etc.

A few folks have had this sort of issue and unfortunately we do not have access to your system to be able to check things out first hand. So we have to suggest some possibilities to try to help you fix the situation.

It is a pretty poor attitude to come onto our website and trash things due to you having some issues. We tried to help you in klients but you disappeared and never returned.
