Patching Issue

Hi, I recently installed Ryzom, and the installation went fine, and so did the patching at first, however, at the very end of the patch it said Ryzom will now relaunch, please wait until it fully restarts. I click the "Click here to relaunch button", and it closes out of the game, but nothing happens. After waiting about a half hour I try to open the game myself, and after I log in it restarts the patching on file 235/236 I think, saying something like "Checksums do not correspond" and then repeats it self on the relaunch thing, and it does this every time I open the game. Any ideas on whats wrong?

I'd first recommend getting into klients (live web support chat) located in the sticky here or support area of website to talk to the CSR team.

You could also try renaming your "unpack" folder in the SoR directory and let it repatch. If successful delete your backup folder.

I have the same problem, and for me kients keeps spamming that "only registered users allowed at this moment" or something simaler. I can't even type in anything.

when klients starts up, it says

09:58:15 <SoR> Login:

so in the chat box (very bottom of the screen) enter your account name then press enter.

So it then changes to

09:58:15 <SoR> Login: Yada

then another appears under it saying

09:58:15 <SoR> Password:

so in the chat box (very bottom of the screen) enter your password then press enter.

an then that changes to

09:58:15 <SoR> Password: ********

an then you should be in klients an it should auto recognize you when you next open klients.

I aint too sure what the effects of having a trial account has on klients but im sure it nothing to do with it...
