Question about the Cho realm

Question about the Cho realm

Is this a "fresh start" realm, or are there transfers from other realms? I have free game time and used to play this game, back for the first time in a year trying this out again. I hope its a fresh start realm where there aren't any real high lvl people yet, can someone please let me know. Thanks

Fresh start only for the moment. No ideas if there will be transfers in the future, but presumably they'll wait until a suitable time has elapsed :)

Cant really see a merge as then the question of OP's ownership would arise and an ill thought out solution could kill the game with loss of players.
