I will learn the game itself from the game... but...

What server has the highest rate of: PvP?
Player pop (both primtime and not)?
best politics?

I'm EST if timezone helps answer the pop question.

Thinking of culling my guild on a new game. This game reads like it is very cool.
Hopefully the combat mechanics are skill based and not level/item based. Can anyone compare/contrast to say AC/SB/DAoC (even WoW)?

Any links to fraps of PvP/PK,RvR,GvG would be much appreciated.

Well, one could also argue that Arispotle is good for new players due to the existing population to provide support to newbies, Cho being such a new server.

No there's no 'better' server.

There's 2 different servers:
- Arispotle, with a well established community
advantage : much more players, including high level's
- Cho, a brand new server
advantage : Less players for now, but in the same level range as you

If you come with a whole guild, Cho will be an excellent choice.
Because you will have a chance to compete with all others guild very quickly. On Arispotle, your guild will not have a real value before 4 or 5 month.

here is my list of options for choosing a server:

Aris
* You can bootstrap yourself to a guild and have all you need
* Established guilds / factions
* You will be a newbie among veterans ( in levels)
Cho
* More of a do it yourself atm, nothing comes as easy as on aris
* Chances to make a name for yourself on the server and/or your guild
* everybody is relatively low so you won't have to play catch up 200 levels. This is the best point, you learn as a newbie with and from other players who know the game already but are the same level.

If I was new I'd choose cho, the options are allot more exciting.
