I think you will find that it has a max boosted damage as well as max boosted speed.
Ok so rules:
AUCTION ENDS: Saturday 14th of October 23:59 BST
SNIPER RULE: If a homin bids any time from 23:00 to 23:59 the auction will stay open for 60 minutes, any bid within that 60 minute extention will add another 60 minutes untill no bids occur.
