We are a small guild of Matis planning to go Karavan and are looking to recruit a few new members.

We are a group of adult gamers that strive for dominance through outstanding PvE and PvP in any games we play. We aim to be the very best we can, while maintaining our commitment of excellence to each other.
We pride ourselves on slow growth, and quality of membership above all else.
We are Dominion. We are presently accepting and reviewing applications for our guild Saga of Ryzom Division. Presently we have members from the US, Canada, and the UK. We are open to players from around the globe provided that English is a language you can communicate in. So, lets get down to brass tacks here and see if we'd be a good match for each other...

What we want in a prospective applicant:

- Someone that is mature.
- Someone that can work well in a team environment.
- Someone that can handle taking instruction.
- Someone that is willing to PvP.
- Someone that is Loyal, Dedicated, and Active.
- Someone that is looking to have a good time with good people to get the
most out of this game.

What an applicant can expect from us:

- Ventrilo Server for voice communications to help us bond together as a unit
and enable us to effectively dominate during any and all PvP activities.
- Moderated Forums to help everyone stay up to date with all relevant guild
and game information.
- A close knit organization that will always have your back.
- A group of people that are willing to share their knowledge with you and
openly accept any in game know how you might possess.
- Hardcore players like yourself with which to group with while you
grind/quest.
- You can expect to get back everything that you have to give. We are here
to enjoy ourselves, make some new friends, continue to game with old
ones, and make our presence known on whichever server we decide to
dominate.

Well written recruiting post, however your IG stance is missing. It may not hinder your plan, but not having one will certainly not help you recruit. The politics of Ryzom are vast when there are not kitin at our doorsteps.
