Please Waits since patching

Since the r2 patching has begun a number of me and my friends have been getting horrible please waits. We have checked and rechecked our firewall and router setting to no avail. Any help or sugestions would be apreciated.

May be unrelated to the patching. Try running a tracert or PingPlot to see if there's a problem between you and Nevrax.

All of the game DLLs and EXEs have been changed with the patch so chances are that your firewall does not like that fact. You may have to redo the entry for the game client.

Sometimes a full power down of all network equipment, including your PC, for about 30 seconds will set things to right again.

Thanks for the sugestions. Pingplotter revealed nothing more than an occasional hiccup that did seem related. (shrug) I will try resetting and doing a complete powerdown next.

I had a power outage last night for a few hours. After I got back in the game works fine again. After passing this on to my friends most of us are running fine again.
