need help!!!!, i havent tryed rizom!!

c, ill explain what happens:
first i open rizom, i put my password and all that things, then, i TRY to create a character, then im personalizing my character but before and sometimes at the moment i put create my monitor turns off, it says monitor going to sleep, also music turns off, other times when im choosing an empty slot to choose my char my monitor turns off, but music is still on, some guys told me to update my video card(i match all system requirements and my video card is radeon 9800 family), so i updated it in http://www.ati.com with ati...., but it diddnt worked, so now im gonna try to update it whith envidia 2 c if it works, but if u kno the answer TELL ME PLZ!!!

ive tryed 2 install nvidia but it doesn't work with my videocard.....

nVidia drivers will not work with ATI video cards. The problem is that the 9200 series of desktop video cards are not directly supported by ATI so you will have to go to the website of the company that produced your video card.


In the mean time try this:

Run the 'game configuration' option from the launcher
Select 'Display' and then 'OpenGL'
Click 'Apply' and then 'Play Ryzom'

If things still do not work then choose 'Display Advanced' and tick the 4 options. Again 'Apply' and 'Play Ryzom'
