Hello, i´m new at "The Saga of Ryzom" and i have "fall in love" with it. ^^

I´m a veteran player of others mmorpg like Everquest, Everquest II, SWG, WoW and Eve Online.

I want to know if there is any guild admitting newbie players in EU zone time.

My character is Zorai race called Xetolt ^^.

Well I know mine (Reapers of the Dark), Order of the Nameless and The New Empire guilds are a few with Euro players... a few others I'm sure.

Check the list for others.

Welcome to atys and its good to see people picking to be zorai

If you want any help or advise ingame feel free to send me a tell (/tell yaffle)

Theres alot of good guilds out there which are aimed specifically at zorai, i would recomend contacting riders of the strom, speak with xeraphim or brock

i´m still finishing some bussiness in the isle of refugees. When i arrive to mainland i would love to be part of a guild.

I see there are three factions, neutrals, kamis and Karavaneers, i have read the history, but i donñt know how that choice could affect my gameplay.

If o choose Kami or Karavan i will be always in fight with the opposing faction?. Can i join Karavan being a Zorai?

Any race can join either faction or remain neutral. To join a faction, you must raise your fame to 30 in that faction; Zorai/Fyros start with negative Karavan fame and positive Kami fame. Matis/Tryker just the opposite. So, it's a bit more work for a Zorai to join the Karavan, but perfectly possible.

There are 3 basic kinds of pvp available in Ryzom.

Outpost: You may join either side in any given outpost battle regardless of faction. We (the players) have tended to align along faction lines, but it's not required by the game mechanic.

Faction: Only Kami/Kara can do this type and yes, you'll always fight Kami vs. Kara in this type.

Guild zones: When in the guild-pvp zones in the roots, everyone not in your guild (or team?) cons as "enemy" regardless of faction.

The biggest effect you'll notice first will actually be the teleporters. We homins don't have the ability to create teleporters, so we rely on the Kami and Karavan to provide those services. If you are Kara aligned, the Kami will not sell you tickets to their TP's; if you are Kami aligned, the Kara will not sell them to you. If you are neutral, some TP's will and some will not. Generally it's one TP per zone except none in the 250 zones or the roots. Generally.

At the moment we dont have anyone specificly from Europe, but there are some of us who do get on at that time frame. (im one but is dependent upon how much College Homework I have). We would be happy to have you in any which case you can check out a little bit more about the Guild Here<----. But please take the time to peruse also the Guilds hereas well.

If you want to yes, if you want to jump off a cliff you can, dosnt mean it makes any sence to do so (sorry for the cheesy example)
The zorai are the race closest to the kami, it is the kami who passed on their wisdom of magic
