Who the heck are these guys?

I was looking over some videos of Ryzom I DLed at some point, and this guy stuck out like a sore thumb. He's from the video "trailerE3_WEB_720_WM9.wmv". Perhaps an old E3 video?

Is he a Karavan NPC? I've never seen one of them before. Perhaps they are only in certain zones? Or is it something that Nevrax never put into the game, or has yet to?

I was just wondering, as he/she/it looks badass. It's too bad we couldn't make characters that have this look.

Karavan Storm Trooper of some description, not yet seen in game. Maybe this is why Jena has been delayed - someone forgot to place the order for her guards' armour? Just speculating

First time I saw this one was in a "developer screenshots", teasers that Nevrax gives us from time to time. At the time being, most of them are not IG (some are), and for those that aren't, no one really knows if they are "mostly done" or simply "artworks" or proof-of-concepts.
