1. How many armor shell, lining, stuffing and armor clip materials does a high quality heavy armored vest need to craft?
2. How is the parry modifier on a heavy armor piece applied upon crafting? Does just the parry modifier bar count? Or is it the difference between the parry modifier and dodge modifier?
