Trading mats in mainland

Are all mats sold for dappers or is there a market for trading mats for other mats? And is there an agreed-upon standard to determine how one mat may be worth so many of a lesser-quality mat and so on?

Quite some mats are 'normally' sold as well. I hardly need to shop for grind mats for blade/point etc, as i can find them quite easily.
Ofcourse excel and supreme stuff is a whole different story...
