Paid and no longer able to play?

Did i just run into some bad timing and the servers went down as i registerd my trial account as a full one or am i bugged?

I can't log in with my character or any other new characters, it says the server associated with this account is closed.

I didnt find any information on server status, so im wondering whats going on.

there was a 45min down time while they re-booted the server, all up and running now
