This is what I like to call "defective service"

If the apparent bad conditions of this game's servers , the long list of bugs , the false listage of game content and lack of overall information were not enough evidence of this then that last patch WAS and simply dried out the little patience I had left in me!
The time of they day chosen to apply the patch itself was amazingly chosen (/sarcasm off) but what was most amazing was the simple fact that (as other patches applied before this) it actually made the product WORSE!
Not only have I encountered new bugs I'd never seen before , like trainers vanishing before my eyes I have also found my Fyros character to be somewhere I had never been before! (apparently he's on Tryker territory now , go figure...)
I know it can be solved but the point is that it never should have happened in the first place , and I should NOT have to lose the time I'm paying for to solve these issues!
My point is this , and it's quite simple: This is NO LONGER a Beta! I AM paying... and I'm actually paying QUITE A LOT!
I've payed a lot for the game itself and now I'm paying (way more than I should) per month! What do I expect in return? I expect whatever it was I payed for... I expect AT THE VERY LEAST basic conditions in WHICH I can MAKE USE of the product I have purchased! If my character gets teleported , if new bugs make the game unplayable , if the servers are defective THEN I can't USE the product I have purchased can I?
That my friends is defective service... and since my money ain't coming back to my pockets I'm going to say only this: take your time , test your patches , well... simply be competent! That is all I ask for! A little competence...
Get your act together because frankly... from what I've seen , those "good reviews" everyone's waiting for in order to "boost" the number of players won't come anytime soon , but I'm sure you won't be able to avoid a couple of very bad ones at this moment.
