Just take a look at THIS thread for the Matis guilds... I know that "Order of the Nameless" is mostly EU, and a good choice... but checking folks out IG and making your choice is always best.

I agree with DT and always tell everyone to look for a guild that fits your personality. There are RP guilds, heavy PvP guilds, etc. Those who joke a ton in guild chat, those that don't. You want one, you'll have fun logging into. Good Luck.
