The answer is, unfortunately, yes. There were some exploits that were found that caused a severe inbalance of the game and we had no choice but to reupdate the server than may have caused some rollbacks

We have implemented some fixes that will assure that this never happens again. We apologize for any inconvienience this may caused you.

I can see how angry you are and I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we don't give back any items that may have been lost due to rollback or server restart.

What "same line on the last rollback"? This is the first one that I'm aware of.

Well, I guess that's part of the deal with online games, some folks will always find a way to exploit, and disrupt things for everyone else. Let's hope this is an exception and not the rule... (not where Nevrax is concerned.. where the players are).

it says servers are online, but when i click to accept the service agreement, it says the shard is closed.
