cant download tha patch - help

Hi there,

I've just signed for the 7 days free trail.
But everytime im starting the game it takes forever for the update to download the patch and it gets stuck after 5%.

im not using firewall or any router ;/

What shell i do - i have left only 5 days for the free trail.

The Ryzom patcher is very sensitive to bad/noisy/busy networking. Disable your antivirus while patching and make sure you are not doing any downloading/sharing. If you have a wireless connection make sure to have your system where you have a clean strong signal with no dropouts. Make sure there is no packet loss or dead nodes in your network path. See the Network FAQ for details on how to check things. Even a faulty network cable can create enough errors to stop things from patching properly.
