So my advise is give that supplier death and get them to understand they are in the wrong and that they need to order some more to replace yours

When you already registered you can e-mail support, look here: http://www.ryzom.com/?page=support_emailUnregistered wrote:Hello everyone,
i tried doing a search for something similar to my problem but i didn't find anythign so...
my problem is thus, i purchased ryzom from fry's electronics last night, when i got home and opened it i found 2 disks.....both labeled disk 2. after testing i found out that i did infact get 2 disk 2's *boggle* so in calling fry's this morning i found out that they have no more copies of ryzom (which is true since i bought the last one yesterday) and because i have already opened it and the fact that it is a mmorpg (meaning i could have snatched the key i guess) they cannot exchange it. so here i am stuck with a game i can't play and out 50 bucks. i can't seem to find a contact email or phone number to the makers of ryzom to see if there is anything they can do to help me out (location of game download or something) and i don't want to register the game if i cant start playing it (which in order to use the email function i can find you ahve to be registered) soooo....anyone out there able to help an old man play a cotton pickin game?![]()
