If Nevrax complain to Ebay the items will be removed and the sellers warned, if its not there first warning they could get their accounts suspended.
So ive been told by a Ebay powerseller.

Geez, as another poster already told you these things are forbidden by the license agreement. Nevrax will do what every other game company does, they'll monitor these things and when they think it will harm the game they will step in or terminate these accounts because the license agreement gives them the right to do so.

And as long as they think it won't harm the game they'll just do nothing about it, why should they?
