Ty Ryzom
Ty Ryzom for new experience i had even this one wasnt the most happy. I never wrote before in forum so i hope u dont get bored till the end cos i have lots to say.. First of all i want to thank the kami for help cos i didnt have the chance to say it and gz for kara ..great fight. The Soul dont be sad..u didnt lose anything u just got a lesson because u forgot about it and u will know what u have to do next time Most of us got bored and without any motivation because we had all, nothing new to get , nothing new to see and less and less ppl playing. This might be a good start for having fun again, by having more wars and break the line and the boring game that most of u created by having peace .Kami im sorry to say but u are not that many and u are not a team anymore. U cant win in a fight with kara..they are to many! We waited so long for outposts to come and enjoy the fight between guilds by taking the outpost from one to another but noone atacks..Kami dont wana help other guilds to atack kara ..maybe because kami dont have the amount of players kara have.Strange that allmost every kara and kami comes to fight for one outpost but noone declares war....because u think it is a war between kara and kami not guilds and that spoils the fun when u see that u cant posible win the fight with kara. But i guess is to late to change what ppl are used to. Only if one kara and one kami friends declare war in the same day to 2 outposts and then fight will be more fair because ppl will split.I know im dreaming but might be a start Anyway i heard The Soul dont have any outpost and is looking for one ... ....>>>One more thing for my friends ...how much u will hate us if we declare war to your outpost??<<< Have fun Ryzom!! Simona.

Re: Ty Ryzom
Wise words simona, the kami/kara imbalence is slowing pushing all kami away, nothing can be done by anyone, kara will slowly but surly take every outpost on atys unless something is done, with a low threshhold any kami OP is in trouble and our defence will not pull through, as i posted on my gd bye thread kara shudnt take the easy option and join the masses.
Havnt seen alot of u resently sim but wish u all the best and no doubt will see you in another game

Re: Ty Ryzom
Maybe you or someone on the Kami side should work to unite the Kami and make them into a team again. Numbers are only part of this game - good teamwork and a will to win play a larger part. On our side, a handful of skilled people were able to keep the main kami forces about 100 meters away from the outpost entirely while the majority of us killed the guards. I was at the back of that force, healing and rezzing, for about half the battle.
The defenders should never have allowed that to happen and I wondered to myself and others over and over again why it was that you kept coming at us from one direction (the spawn point) when you could have flanked us or drawn us out. At least once in that battle, you managed to get people coming at us from the opposite direction while our 'vanguard' force was drawn well away from the outpost, and you wiped our main force out.
Still, even though you appeared to be outnumbered toward the end, and somewhat disorganized, your defenders still fought with determination and ferocity to the very end of the battle.
I would say, before asking the Karavan side to give up our [current, and probably temporary] advantage of superior numbers, call on your own allies and friends to strengthen the Kami side and that includes better organization, cooperation and support among your guilds.

I kinda disagree here. With such an advantage in manpower all i can say is that numbers are everything.
No matter how much the kamists unite if they face a higher populated karavan force we will lose. The karavan are equally as clued into pvp as the kami and the numbers are the last nail in the coffin.

Kali want a 6 on 10 pvp battle? those where the odds, lvl 200 gaurds dont count for alot as you can bomb 3-4 dead a time.
Numbers count for nearly everything in outpost battles

Re: Ty Ryzom
Where one homin can take on two oponents and win quite easily, i think one OP side could take on twice their number and win. They just need to know who to attack. But it's been the nature of alot of these OP battles, for everyone to bundle in and kill the nearest red dot, which is perhaps why the Karavan numbers are winning out over the kami more and more.
I still find it alot of fun, as a kami to go and get my ass fed to me at any rate
Don't go too far Simona
I think i remember Laska saying Rich was over on RF at some point. If he's still interested in it, tell him to come back to our forums, DCP are on the spirit server as accretians!

Re: Ty Ryzom
Again here you are looking through yer rose colored glasses calling us unorganized. when outnumbered nearly 2-1 how do we flank you?..do we send a tiny army to the front and a tiny army to the side?..we did that and got the center back...you took us back out by doing the same..It's a matter of numbers..not heart even if we were slightly outnumbered(3-2 for example) i think we would take you..but its not the case..theres not enough of us..go count for yourself..its not even closevarelse wrote:Maybe you or someone on the Kami side should work to unite the Kami and make them into a team again. Re: Ty Ryzom
I might agree with this at a PvP battle, but shear server numbers it is much closer to 1-1 in my mind. I could be wrong.kyesmith wrote:Kali want a 6 on 10 pvp battle? those where the odds, lvl 200 gaurds dont count for alot as you can bomb 3-4 dead a time.

Bring more people to the fight if it is a shear numbers thing. How many people were on the server at that very time that were not in the battle?
