Its early days for SoR, but the last couple of times ive logged on, ive been pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of communications from the players. Some of you might have played AO - Anarchy Online, and would know that one of the things that made that game good was the community, often highlighted as one of the best among MMORPG's. I think Ryzom is following in those footsteps. 90% of the communication ive witnessed is advice, or helping other players personally, grouping etc. Much of it revolved around finding those choice+ resource spots
I think our resident CS for English Euro (Lawrence) has posted in much the same way so far. Positive, helpful and willing to provide a bit of information on upcoming changes etc.
For me, the community in an MMORPG has to be the most important aspect of the game, to trully get the best experience from these types of games, the ability to get information from other players is paramount.
Its early days like I said, but so far ive been pretty impressed.
