[WTB] ql250 shield max parry/pf

Looking to buy a full shield that has maxed stats on parry and protection, HQ of course.
As I cannot decide what race, does anyone know a location of a few screens that can show me these differences? Also died my computer a few days ago, a brand new one is in development, still selecting components, so the seller should have a week till delivery.

Nope, dont have the mats available.

Payment in dappers or grindmats, other things can be discussed.

yep can do, likely (pretty sure) got mats, tho not for all races.
