Today I bumped in Still Wyker, or he bumped into me. I'm still not sure who bumped into who as we both weren't looking. Him having his gaze firmly attached to a stack of papers, probably some Very Impotant Papers, and me with my head in the clouds as usual.
The Very Important Papers didn't survive the collision unfortunatly. I helped WIth getting them out of the water as I was in it anyway. Funny how that happens, one time your walking the next you're swimming. The darn water was cold even, it being winter and all.
So I apoligized to the water and the Very Important Papers and to Still about the Very Important Papers and the fact I got water all over him when getting out it. He said I looked like a drowned Yubo. Hrrmf. I did not. Infact I still looked better then Still. But it's rude to tell such thing so I just nodded and apoligized again. Luckely us Trykers have a sence of humour, any other then a Tryker would be angry and screaming and annoyed for being wet. But Tryker don't mind.
So I asked Still what the Very Important Wet papers were all about. A Really Great Law he told me. He also told me a Number of Important and Conclusive Details, which ofcourse I'm not going to say, they are a secret untill the Really Great Law gets working. Or it could be revoked, in which case noone will ever know and everyone will forget. Like I did.
Anyhow, so he asked me for a good name for the Really Great Law. So I told him, it's a RGL. And had him looking really confused ofcourse. Needless to say he didn't like it. I'm not that good at thinking up names on the spot I told him. He said he noticed that. Irony is great.
Undetered and somewhat insulted, I admit feeling abit hurt about that, after all who like to let the Big Man down. He's not really that big, just a figure of speech you know, although he is bigger then me. Not much, but then most Homins are bigger then me. Sometimes I have cramp in my neck after a trick to a different country. Can't the others just shrink or something?! I asked him if he liked his name.
Do you like yours he asked in return. To be honest, I don't like my name. To say I hate it would be to much, but it doesn't sound great. It's short tho, and that helps remember. That's why Mabreka is a a lucky guy he shortened his name. Just so he could remember it. Would you imagen the trouble he would have writing it down everytime if he only had the full name? Unimaganable.
So I said to Still I didn't like my name, but as it is the only name I can imagen having, I stick with it. That made him laugh. Which made me laugh. I like it when Homins laugh and smile, something I can't help. So I said I liked Stills name and then we said goodbye, me being dried up and him going to get another copy of the Very Important Papers.
I hope you like your name aswell.

i have allways been told to respect my eldars. since i am an old old homin the only people older than me that i can rember are my parents and so it is they who i must respect and trust. they gave me the name sashtan when i was too young to utter a single word. i must respect the name i was given. i neither love nor hate my name but since it was given to me by my parents i cherish it.
