Am i missing something I can't seem to find the uninstaller anywhere

You can simply delete and remove the directory, the game does not add itself to the windows registry.

You don't need to uninstall it. Delete the installation folder, as simple as that.
There are no significant entries in the registry apart from remembering the last account that logged in...

the problem is the game installed in my windows directory for some reason didnt realize that was the default install dir got used to just clicking next

can anyone give me a screen shot of what their install directory looks like going to have to do this the hard way

Just delete the folder named "ryzom" easy peasy,
but heres a screeny of the directory if you think it will help
EDIT: excellent guide.psd isnt part of the ryzom directory, just a little personal map

theres no folder named that for some reason the installer dumped all the files "loose" into my windows folder
