Want to stop playing this game and can not log in to account manager to stop payment

I have just tried to cancel this very poor game, before the 30 days are up, however it keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect.

How can this be as I can log on here and in game to play it but this will not allow me to cancel my credit card payment. WHY NOT?

I do not want to waste any more money on this game, and I would like to know how to cancel if there is some other way too please any1.

Your account password is differant to your forum and game password. When you signed up you should have received an email with your account password. If you've deleted it do a Forgot Password and it'll mail you a new one.

If all else fails you could always email billing-ee@ryzom.com for help.
